The 2 storey property is entered via a large covered verandah which runs along two sides of the house. The verandah overlooks the well kept lawned gardens with views to the ocean, and is equipped with outdoor living furniture on which guests can relax in the peaceful tropical surroundings.
Two sets of double doors lead into the light, airy and spacious living room, which occupies the whole of the width of the front of the house. The room is attractively decorated with attractive wall hangings, and features top quality furniture. Towards the rear of the living area there is a equipped western kitchen together with a 6 seater dining room table.

A large screen TV, DVD player and stereo are provided for guest?s entertainment.
A guest bathroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is very spacious, on par with the living area downstairs. Two sets of double doors lead out to the wide covered terrace which wraps itself round 3 sides of the property and afford views over the ocean and spectacular sunsets.
The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables, and share a well equipped bathroom.

The villa has double bedrooms and one bathroom in A1. Plenty of covered outdoor decking surrounds the villas with space to sit and watch Koh Samui?s beautiful sunsets, the birds, the fishing boats and occasionally the fireflies.

The beachfront at the site is very private and secluded with just the 7 villas in the vicinity. Ban Laem Noi also features a shared swimming pool along with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Should you fancy some shade from the sun, there is also a pool-side sala for sitting and relaxing.
